Moonful Efforts
This section is dedicated to understanding how you can work with the energy of this moon at work and when collaborating with colleagues, superiors, suppliers or employees.
The two first weeks will be rather hard to handle as any new contraction, change of habits or limitation will be almost unbearable to anyone. Many might turn contrarians just for the sake of it and managing this graciously might end up sucking a lot of energy but is the only possible solution if violent clashes are to be avoided.
With Mars in Virgo squaring the nodes, expect undue opposition to turn overly critical and detail oriented, as you are being nagged to remember to respond courteously. Also avoid acting on your own or deciding alone in a group setting, as this would turn out to be very difficult to swallow by others.
Upsetting events and behaviours will be front and centre, and a real test for everyone.

With Venus in Virgo since July 22nd, finances are due a special attention up to August 16th and minimizing the exposure to risk the right move in this rather unstable and exuberant period of transition.
With the opposition to Neptune on the 9th, you are being invited to seriously pay attention to what motivated you to allocate and invest your resources. You might be well advised to sort the wheat from the chaff as soon as you can and pay a special attention to your number one enemies: wishful thinking, delusions, smoke and mirrors…
Mars entered Virgo on the 30th of July and will give us the energy to review all the parts of our business for potential flaws and improvements, run inventories, sort and optimize what needs to be and plan the details of our next move up to September 13th.
So, get your head in planning mode, run those post-mortem analyses, dissect the competitive landscape, count your marbles, run your research, substantiate your strategy and carefully define your building blocks. The more careful you are to all those details the more likely you are to be successful.
Mercury will still be in Leo when it opposes Jupiter in Aquarius on the 10th, so however grand and ground-breaking that innovation or new project might be, if you do not pay attention to the details then the whole project might be at stake.
This aspect is however excellent for all sorts of contract negotiations (as long as you pay attention to the small prints), top-line discussions, planning scenarios, conferences and big idea brainstorming.
Mercury finally joins the band on the 11th allows your brain to join your energy to support you in the task, so make sure you gather all the elements before the 11th and only start with the in-depth analyses after the 11th, otherwise you might pass over important details.
When Mercury conjuncts Mars on the 19th, the data and insights collected will turn out be decisive for the activation of your projects.
And when both trine Uranus on the 21st and 23rd it will likely unlock the breakthroughs you were expecting.
