Co-creating with the Moon
The moon will be full on October 9 at 20:54 GMT at 16 degrees of Aries.
Stuck in between Chiron, the Wounded Healer, and Eris, the goddess of Strife and Discord, the moon will square Lilith, the Dark moon, Athena Pallas, the goddess of Strategy and Wisdom, and oppose Venus, the goddess of Love, Money, and Relationship.
Even though everything SEEMS great and positive, our anxiety grows, and our energy recedes. Despite a growing sense of vulnerability and concerns over our future, we keep on our happy face, pretending that everything goes well and accept more than our fair share of responsibilities and social commitment…that is, until we can no longer deal with the stress of it. We could then take some poorly worded communication extremely personally and create an outburst like wounded children getting everyone to retreat and sulk in their corner.
When what we should really do is listen to our deep instincts, likely to manifest as feelings over the period and strategize on how we can take care of ourselves, protect our emotional integrity, and meaningfully acknowledge that we might need professional support.
Of course, this will not just happen in “friendly” environments.
Most importantly (as if this weren’t enough!), Pluto is the first of the seven social and transgenerational planets to come out of hibernation and resume its more external influence on our lives. The limited window of rest and freedom we were given to enjoy since early June will soon be over.
As shared in our other full moon blog, Evolving in the polarity of Aries & Libra, or even the Fall Equinox blog, the focus will once again be on our RELATIONSHIPS, their imbalances, their quality, the words we use, or decide to keep to ourselves, and the courage (or lack of it) we experienced over the last six months.
The full moon points to the Libra weaknesses or excesses in a part of our life. It offers us the opportunity to release, and support others in releasing, some of the darker sides of this sign to help us be more aligned and authentic into building a more autonomous future.
Who we are is not really something we should change so that it pleases others or matches their undue expectations, but similarly, what is never said or acknowledged will always get in the way of a stronger and sustainable cooperation.

A full moon always comes to illuminate the last 6 months of our lives as well as the last two weeks since the manifestations of the new moon.
Six months ago, we were invited to reset our hero’s journey, reconnect with ourSelves, draw into our internal flame the faith and the necessary courage to start on a new path. The times were then very dark as Russia had just invaded Ukraine and the inflation was growing out of control, darkening the sky of our collective future.
The new moon in Aries was coming just 4 weeks after a very potent Venus retrograde that had started on November 17 and finished on March 2. An invitation to ensure that we were not in relationship for material reasons, out of fear but for love. A call to arms so that we free ourselves from immature behaviours, face our fears and accept to deal with the responsibilities that came with loving more authentically. This Venus retrograde surrounded the third Saturn square to Uranus, which prompted us to find innovative solutions to old problems, face our responsibilities and work within the system rather than shy away from it. The Venus retro brought the first blow to global markets and pushed Russia to take the offensive.
On March 2, under the aegis of the new moon in Pisces, Mars and Venus united and swore an oath to Pluto. Both our love and actions were to either commit to change, release their attachment to conventional standards, be supportive of more equality and freedom or deal with the unavoidable consequences of fate and an unfathomable loss. Our actions and decisions were now supposed to be completely aligned with our heart’s desire.
On March 17, the full moon in Virgo squared Lilith, pointing to potential deep imbalances in our routines or health which we were struggling to acknowledge and act upon with integrity but needed to address to follow this path.
On April 1, the new moon in Aries was conjunct Chiron and Mercury, offering us a new chance to heal our mental disorder, mend our wounds, or face courageously our limiting beliefs and mental barriers.
Jupiter entered Aries at the end of May to help us face our fears and leap forward with an innocent heart.
On July 19/20 Pluto reached its retrograde peak, either helping us to see clearer though our darker sides or strongly attract a new karmic relationship. On that very same day, Eris and Chiron went retrograde, challenging us to either find the inner strength to take emotional ownership of our wounds and imbalances or run the risk of bringing more discord and pain into our life so that we finally do so.

This full moon now comes two weeks prior to Jupiter going back in Pisces and a very potent Mars retrograde, challenging us to review whether our actions have truly been aligned with our oath. Whether we walked with courage or simply once again betrayed ourselves.
It also occurs at a critical time when Venus is halfway through her cycle with the Sun, similarly, inviting us to check whether we have been true to our newfound values and genuinely listened to our heart.
This cycle will culminate on Oct 22 and will be the preamble to the Solar Eclipse in Scorpio, Pluto’s final verdict, loss or rebirth. We might fool ourselves in the meantime, but we can’t really mess around with Pluto.
And Pluto is extremely strong during this full moon since it’s stationary, immobile. He’s once again inviting us to listen to our body imbalances and to the material challenges we refuse to face or are a little too optimistic about.
Pluto will be direct from now on, reactivating some of our obsessive-compulsive behaviours, channelling into our words and behaviours some of the things we had sought to repress and bury over the last six months.
Any hidden feeling, affair or trauma will now either drive us to either become passive aggressive, enter power struggle, or attract those behaviours from others.
In its direct motion, Pluto will slowly oppose Lilith and Pallas Athena while still squaring Eris in an exceptionally long aspect (up to 2023).
Lilith finishes her sextile with Uranus on October 14, and this might not be an exceptionally soft landing as it crashes within the Saturn-Uranus square.
For those who denied the reality of their condition, escaped responsibilities rather than work hard through them, overly relied on others for their subsistence and favoured to run wild and free, the lesson might be that acting in such inconsiderate ways is never without dire consequences. To bring change and liberation, they will now need to master the art of being truly vulnerable and dare to request help rather than persisting on this dangerous path and becoming self-centred cold immature rebels.
As Lilith trines Neptune from September to December, many are likely to continue their immature and unrealistic path, starting to increasingly numb their hidden pain through all sort of addictive behaviours.
This full moon seeks healing and the emergence of your authentic self. It once again challenges you to stand up for the life you really want, the rise of a more autonomous being, to speak your truth, however vulnerable and weak that might make you feel; to properly attend to your wounds and ask for professional help if needed.
If you deny this fundamental need and grow too dependent on others for your subsistence, a game of domination may emerge or you might become extremely sensitive to others trying to limit your freedom, going into severe measures to defend the little you are left with, becoming afraid of what might be taken away from you.
Another expression of this over the eclipse season can be out of control sexual desires.
Lilith demands that we are willing to feel as much as we can right now, even if this means admitting our weaknesses, errors, faults. A deep willingness to let go of the past. This will require us to draw into our reservoir of courage (Aries) if we want to heal rather than unconsciously (Moon/Pluto) wound (Chiron) our relationship (Venus).
There should not be any shame in asking for help and support.
If this deep need is not honoured, the potential for abuse, cruelty, emotional crisis, sadism, childish rebellion and betrayal of parents is likely to manifest between the end of October and December.
The pressure will start growing on October 12 when our artificially inflated confidence will cross important boundaries.
By October 18, if you didn’t take your chance, the dice will be cast. And from there, it’s either heaven or hell… with very few nuances in between.
1 BEING FAKE & SUPERFICIAL
Libras are extremely aware of their effect on others and have an instinct for what others want to hear. This leads to charges of being fake and makes it hard to know how they really feel about you.
With this love of beauty, though, comes an obsession with being beautiful or peaceful. This can lead to judgmental behaviour where Libra avoids things that do not match their expectations. Sadly, this can sometimes include others’ appearances or behaviours, driving them to orbit around like-minded people unable to cope with real life.
2 ADOPTING A PUBLIC FACE VS PRIVATE FACE
Libras may present one side to their intimates, and another to the public at large. This makes it very difficult for anyone beyond their intimate circle to understand whether help is required or not and what the current mood truly is. Authenticity starts with integrity.
3 BEING SELF-OBSESSED OR OBSESSED BY WHAT OTHERS THINK ABOUT YOU
Always concerned with what others will think of them, they spend a ton of energy into building a likeable profile exploiting beauty, love, light and peace or smoothing the corners into a very narcissistic and repetitive ballet, but the reality it actually hides makes the overall picture to ring hollow. There is more than an image and a projection to you. Life is not about picking one side and closing yourself to the lessons of the other. If you are genuinely concerned about what others think then keep connected to them, support them, respect them, help them heal and cope with the hardship of life.
4 BEING IN DENIAL
Libras are Venus-ruled, and naturally gravitate to what’s artful, pleasurable, and makes them look good. The love of leisure can make them decadent and self-indulgent.
Libras who deny their own darkness can end up even darker when all that’s been repressed finally bursts out into the open.
5 BEING MANIPULATIVE
Libras absolutely dread conflict and when it arises or threatens to disturb the harmony they worked so hard for, they will do and use every means necessary to avoid it, the worst ones will even go as far as maintaining peace at ANY price.
…
Many people will likely be hurt and suffer from a feeling of rejection, inadequacy, guilt, or shame that could push them to isolate and hide their true situation.
Release pride, selfishness, and contempt, if you suspect that your friends might need help, or you need help, just reach out before things get really tough. Do that for the love of yourself and your relations.
November and December will be tough and intense months and we will need all the support and comfort we can get to help us weather those new collective storms.
As your work on releasing some of those traits, here are a few questions to ask yourself:
This full moon also asks these additional questions:
The activities that will be particularly supported are:
Up to October 17:
All through the period:
PLAN FOR DISRUPTION, FOLLOW CREATIVITYManifestations will however not be sufficient to deal with the current energy. Square Uranus, the Kundalini creative and electric power, more outlets will be required to deal positively with the upsurge. Allow yourself to experience pure moments of fun and play when you reconnect with your inner child and forget about everything else Do not wait for you routine to be derailed, allow yourself to follow your heart, and especially your wild side to express itself into constructive channels, before it is being disrupted by external events. The next New Moon in Virgo will be the occasion to reset your routine. Now is the time to listen to what must get out of your system. Once this is done, you’ll know what must change. |
