Intro
Once in a Blue Moon… and here we are!
Every two or three years, a Full Moon or a New Moon will come back a second time to further our destiny inviting us to work harder, go deeper, get attuned to a certain paradigm for a longer period of time so that we can observe how we deal with important topics, experience fluctuations in our thoughts, feelings and positions across that period and BECOME AWARE OF WHAT IS EMERGING ON THE OTHER MOON.
Last year, we were invited to birth a new emotional authority with two New Moons in Cancer.
This year, with two Full Moon in Aquarius, we have been invited to accept that life is not always what we dream, plan or have grown accustomed to being, that change is a fundamental and supportive part of life and our evolution, that we cannot overly get attached to a certain scenario or narrative of our lives and must simply learn to let go.
To remind us of this universal truth, many may have experienced their “survival” mode, life plans, romantic or business expectations being challenged or changing in some unexpected ways.
In essence this may have gone both ways, positive (unexpected luck) and negative (unexpected loss).
Find solace in the thought that both are supportive of your evolution and inviting you to review how you reacted emotionally and are stepping up to become the leader of your own life (Leo).
How have you reacted to those? Entitled, as a victim, with anger? Or have you instead shown humility and accepted the lessons and new opportunities those events held for you?
Chances are higher though that you first encountered the darkness as Saturn (contraction / tests / mastery) and Pluto (loss / intense experiences / transformation) were framing this first Full Moon on July 24th.
Set at the first degree of Aquarius we needed to integrate a core feature of life on Earth, nothing ever stays the same. You simply cannot either.
CHANGE is at the core of what defines our human nature.
Acknowledging it, integrating it, accepting it and working with it was what we were invited to start working on for the next 6 months… this was just the amuse-bouche indeed!
-As you are accepting the challenging task of birthing a new you, a more authentic and freer being, you will now be supported by the OTHER SIDE OF LIFE: its light and its serendipity as the cosmic intelligence starts paving your way with magic.
But for this to happen, we will have to ponder and prepare for what Gandhi so much inspired us to do: BECOME THE CHANGE THAT WE WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD.
Set at the last degree of Aquarius, and conjunct Jupiter (growth, luck and expansion) this full moon is going to give us an unexpected boost and welcome support to all of our efforts aimed at integrating the change (Uranus gone retro for 6 months 3 days before).
1 CHANGE AND REFUSAL TO COMPLY WITH INAPPROPRIATE AUTHORITY will be critical requirements
2 STRIKING A BALANCE BETWEEN IDEALISM AND PRAGMATISM of the utmost importance
3 IDEALIZING THE CHANGE, ENSURING THAT THE CHANGE DRIVES MEANINGFUL IMPROVEMENTS, AND LEARNING TO PROTECT OURSELVES FROM LESS WELL INTENDED FORCES will be must
4 Finally, RISING ABOVE EMOTIONALITY WITH KINDNESS AND SELF-CONTROL will be the only sustainable path forward
The promise of this Full Moon is that by abandoning any self-centered behavior that would not be aligned with this path and faithfully following those core Aquarius lessons will see us accessing bribes of cosmic intelligence, triggering lucky encounters and experiencing the new we so dearly aspire to.
As Jupiter slowly moves retro into perfect Opposition with the Sun (our identity), the period of external growth contraction and integrating the fire within that we’ve been experiencing since June 20th, has now climaxed on Aug 19th.
We might have been overwhelmed by the many choices (or absence of) offered by the need to – or unexpected arrival of – change, but this period is now over.
We still need to nurture our faith up to October 18th when opportunities will start turning real, but no more contraction! Both Saturn and Jupiter have passed their opposition and should have now bestowed their lights and blessings on your way.
