Co-creating with the Moon
The indulgence of Taurus, ruled by Venus, will take on a slightly different energy than typical, as the Earth blocks the sun’s reflection on the partial lunar eclipse. Encouraging us to ground, process deep emotions through artful expression, it will also be addressing blocks to our most intimate relationships and money affairs.
This Taurus full moon is kicking off a multi-layered learning center for the soul that will play out in the physical realm (Taurus) as well as deep in the pit of our emotional being (Scorpio). Not only does this full moon begin the next eclipse cycle (through 2023), its giving us a taste of the nodal entry to the Taurus-Scorpio axis we’re entering in January 2022. Essentially, the eclipses are bringing monumental changes in unexpected ways to push us to evolve to our higher destiny (the North node) in physically altering ways from deeply rooted emotional states. We are exiting an esoteric, thoughtful growth pattern into a tangible one.

The practicality of Taurus in its fixed status isn’t exactly happy with the fundamental, unpredictable shifts the eclipse creates. While a normal Taurus full moon would invite us having full bellies, obtaining things that make us feel secure, satiating all our senses, and finding pleasure at any cost, this moon is an invitation to retreat inwardly to meditate on what we see as valuable and how attached we are to our things, observe our shadow side of carnal delights, release any misperceptions we have around our wealth being measured by material gains, acknowledging where we’ve been hard on ourselves and defining our self-worth.
It’s an open invitation to:
How apropos seeing as the US is in the month of Thanksgiving? Whether celebrated or not, Taurus is the sign of reciprocity. The act of taking without connection to where it has come from, how you may have access to it and continual indulgence of receiving without giving is out of balance. We must remember, we get what we give and if we haven’t been giving, this will be the time karma catches up–things will be taken.
To get a better idea of what may be coming up for you, think back to May 2021 and the manifestations you put out in the world during the Taurus New Moon. (You can even go all the way back to 2012-2014 when we were last in the Taurus-Scorpio eclipse cycle and see what areas of your life evolved the most).
Putting pen to paper is a good grounding exercise. Reflect back on this time period and look to what may have derailed you on your spiritual path. Nothing to be ashamed of, it’s rich fodder for growth on our journey. Has indulging in any of the following derailed you?
Take a moment to journal what may have come up for you. This can create some self-awareness how these themes will be presented over the course of the next two years for you. Strategize how you may be able to integrate them to embolden your spiritual practice in the year ahead.
As people on a spiritual path, this full moon is truly drawing a line in the sand for those that are committed to evolving their souls to a higher level and a strong sense of faith and purpose versus those who are not. Conjunct the most violent star, it blesses those with higher ideals as counsel to those in bereavement. This forebodes dramatic removal process to those in our community as Jupiter provokes a carelessness and excessiveness to sensual delights, while Pluto offers a path of growth to karmic destiny. We become the cosmic bumpers in a universal bowling game, helping facilitate the robust human ball to knock down fated pins and not end up in the gutter. The destructive nature of this transit should be uplifted for its transformative qualities that we can guide others through.
May you all find the path to those quieter shores within

PLAN FOR DISRUPTION, FOLLOW CREATIVITYManifestations will however not be sufficient to deal with the current energy. Square Uranus, the Kundalini creative and electric power, more outlets will be required to deal positively with the upsurge. Allow yourself to experience pure moments of fun and play when you reconnect with your inner child and forget about everything else Do not wait for you routine to be derailed, allow yourself to follow your heart, and especially your wild side to express itself into constructive channels, before it is being disrupted by external events.
