Co-creating with the Moon
This second full moon in Aquarius is rather intense after the first one precipitated a lot of changes into our lives but incredibly rich in blessings if we have shown consistency and invested the hard work required by Saturn in Aquarius since the beginning of this global crisis. If you have shown resilience and worked on slowly building a new state of consciousness over those many months, this full moon is about to help you shift and finally bring the rewards Saturn always deliver when we do so.
There has never been a better time to support individuals and help them make a meaningful change towards their greater self and the improvement of the collective than now and this for the last 10 years!
Anxiety might however grow thicker within and around you as you may experience a sense of increasing urgency to finish with what you started and make the last necessary decisions that will see you completely on the other side.
If you or your clients feel this, the next two weeks will not be about making hasty decisions but to understand that this shift is happening and that you now need to both ground it and envision it.
This might be difficult for a number of reasons.
This anxiety comes from what is happening on THE OTHER SIDE OF CHANGE.

But to get on the other side we need to be very clear on what this (obsolete) side looks like. One of the first steps you can do to support your clients is invite them to mindfully define what they are truly willing to let go. Answering the below question will obviously help:
WHAT IS THE ONE THING YOU WANT TO LET GO AND WILL HELP YOU MAKE THE BIGGEST LEAP TOWARDS YOUR HIGHER SELF?
Many people stumble on change because they are deeply comfortable with the known and adversely uneasy with the unknow.
Our role is to help them cross that bridge quietly and confidently. And it is ok to take your time because there is no rush. The next 4 weeks and 6 months have just been cosmically “designed” to do just that.
This full moon marks the beginning of the Uranus retrograde period.
A rather standard yearly process except that this year with so many major events happening in Aquarius (great conjunction of December 2020, the three Saturn-Uranus squares in Aqua, Jupiter just back in Aqua too) and as Uranus is aspecting all the New Moons from August to March 2022, we understand that this period will birth so much more than what we had grown accustomed to.
Uranus is the first planet of individuation, a psychological process that seeks to see you break the link with the existing conditioning, assume your difference and claim your freedom.
As such, it carries the energy of Shiva, the Destroyer. In the original Greek myth, Ouranos hates his children and is overthrown by them. His function was as the vanquished god of another time. The planet is also associated to Prometheus in astrology, a better archetypal choice but impossible to change unfortunately. Prometheus stole the fire of genius in Olympus to bring it back to humans and improve their lives forever, the cost for his betrayal, eternal torture.
Change requires that we realize that we can no longer be satisfied with the night we live in and accept the necessary destruction that it implies, if only in the strong synaptic connections that habits have built in our brain.
Change requires will power. A strong desire and resilience to see it through as our ego mind will try to rebuild those connections and see us coming back to our old habits. The will to break any resistance that would arise on our way to freedom and reject any outdated authority.
Change requires awareness: the light of consciousness brought to help us see what no longer works and must be let go. The fire of genius to help us find the new solutions we so dearly need and await to reinvent our lives and bring peace again, even if temporary.
Change requires a certain degree of stability and planning, and that is the first Aquarius lesson we will want to embrace with this full moon.
The first new moon of this CYCLE OF CHANGE started with a SQUARE, the internal (or external for Fixed signs) breakdown and the realization that one cannot continue to live like this and change has now become a must. The new moon in Scorpio in November will come with the intense test of OPPOSITION, understanding what the change implies when it comes to defending it when we interact with others. The new moon in Aquarius in February will come with another SQUARE, requiring us to further our leap forward as more changes will have been manifested by the unconscious collective and brought havoc in the external world.
In between now and the Opposition is a blessed time to engineer and protect change, two Aquarian concepts.
Start with strengthening the foundations, dissolving fears at the 1st chakra. This will be very important. The stronger the 1st chakra, the freer we will be to work on change and remain calm.
The anxiety of change comes from the unknown. The unknown is the overwhelming number of choices and opportunities that will present to ourselves once we have decided to change.
What will I do? Will I find what I am looking for? Will I not make the wrong choice?
Here the beauty of this full moon is that it comes with the real promise of many new opportunities. New is coming into our lives as much as we let it come and do not close the door to it. It will be important that you invite your clients and friends to remain open, EVERYTHING changes, even conditions and situations we believed would never change.
Now is not the time to pick one of those opportunities but to revel in the sense of freedom we gain from being in front of all those possibilities for this exhilarating sense will strengthen and galvanize our resolve in the future months.
Uranus retro is the period to INTEGRATE CHANGE… it’s an internal process that seeks to stabilize change. People who are not actively working with this energy and do not yet embrace change but fundamentally need it will experience it as a duplication of personality: one will experience, and one will observe simultaneously.
This phenomenon helps with the individual gaining awareness on what is no longer working but also implies that something needs to be done (because living life like that is not really an option and very often leads to total emotional detachment and depression).
The next new moon in Virgo will allow us to change our routine, drop our bad habits and let us visualize how we will integrate change into our daily lives. This will be another extremely supportive moon.
The following new moon in Libra will require that we adjust a few things. Change is very often completely impractical in its new solutions, and this brings frustration. Many stumble on those first difficulties. Whatever you do ensure that you are ready to support others at that critical time.

PLAN FOR DISRUPTION, FOLLOW CREATIVITYManifestations will however not be sufficient to deal with the current energy. Square Uranus, the Kundalini creative and electric power, more outlets will be required to deal positively with the upsurge. Allow yourself to experience pure moments of fun and play when you reconnect with your inner child and forget about everything else Do not wait for you routine to be derailed, allow yourself to follow your heart, and especially your wild side to express itself into constructive channels, before it is being disrupted by external events. The next New Moon in Virgo will be the occasion to reset your routine. Now is the time to listen to what must get out of your system. Once this is done, you’ll know what must change. Practice yoga and meditate more often. But above all try and SING/CHANT in group setting and if not on your own – just get a Krishna Das live recording and join the choir! |
